Does the SkinTyte Treatment Hurt?
Most patients feel a warmth throughout treatment, we often hear from our patients it feels as if it is a warm massage and is relaxing.
How many SkinTyte Treatments Do I Need?
The amount of SkinTyte treatments needed for patietns vary on concern. If skin laxity is the concern we recommend patients to treatment in a program of 4-8 treatments following quarterly to help maintain results. Often patients will pair this treatment with our Nano Laser Peel and or BBL Hero treatments to address other concerns.
Are SkinTyte Treatments Safe for All Skin Types?
Skin Tyte can safely treat skin types 1 through 5.
How Do I Pre-treat My Skin Prior To My SkinTyte Treatment?
While a full pre-treatment is not necessary to receive treatment, it will be rich in benefits if done a few weeks prior. We recommend pre-treating by refraining from unprotected sun exposure a minimum of 2 weeks prior to treatment and applying a powerful antioxidant product, like ZO Skin Health’s Daily Power Defense, a minimum 2 weeks prior to treatment to entice healthy skin.
Do SkinTyte Treatments Have Downtime?
There is virtually no downtime after Skin Tyte treatments as it is a non-invasive and gentle procedure. Some experience mild redness dissipating after 4 – 6 hours. In most cases, you are able to apply make-up, return to work and resume most of your activities immediately following.
Are SkinTyte Treatments All the Same?
While we follow aggressive protocols that yield results for our patients, no two Skin Tyte treatments are the same. With subsequent treatments, depending on the concern, we will treat more aggressively with more treatments.
